Refund policy
1. Reporting Issues:
If you notice any problem with your item, please let us know within 2 days of delivery. After this period, we’re unable to accept complaints.
2. Pickup and Delivery:
If the mistake is from our side, we’ll gladly cover the pickup and delivery costs.
If the issue is not due to us, the pickup, fixing, and delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that the 2-day reporting period (see Term 1) applies here as well.
3. Refunds and Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances.
An exchange or fixing is only possible if the issue is due to a mistake from our side.
The 2-day reporting period (see Term 1) also applies here.
4. Advance Payments:
All advance payments are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.
5. Order Cancellation:
Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Misuse of Items:
The store is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or improper handling of items.
7. Product Details:
Slight loose threads are normal and not a sign of poor quality. This is part of the product’s nature. Please do not pull the threads — simply cut them carefully with scissors.
